SYNOPSIS

At 48, Alexandre Legrand has just retired from the army after 24 years of thrilling adventures and experiences. His return to civilian life is a lot less exciting than the last few years spent in Afghanistan. Especially as his wife, Rosine, and his teenage son, Hector, have organized life without him. During a meeting at Hector’s school, Alexandre discovers that the absence of the boy’s history teacher risks compromising his chances of passing his exams. To everyone’s surprise, Alexandre offers to replace him and finds himself facing a sizeable challenge. This new job will have a whole range of consequences…
